I kind of shied away from the Sistahood and Mamavation for a few weeks. I felt like I didnt have anything positive to contribute to the group. I'm feeling disappointed and like a failure. I have been exercising, eating my WW points and drinking my water yet I have still gained weight. I don't know why and its bugging me.
Todays show will be the finale for campaign #3. I couldn't join in on the chats b/c we had very slow diap up internet. I was getting the typing from the chat about 20 minutes behind everyone else and the webcam chats I couldnt watch at all so again I couldn't contribute to the group. Now that I have high speed I can join in on the chats and I can webcam chat! A big congrats to both @LisaSamples and @FrugalFemina for completing campaign #3. Between the 2 they lost 45.2 lbs.
I'm trying to get in the best shape I can for next month. My husband and I are celebrating our 5 year wedding anniversary. He's taking me down south (Georgia & Florida). I tried on some spring/summer clothes along with my swim wear last week. That was very motivating. I know what I need to do to look my best in shorts, tanks and swim wear. This gaining weight the past week hasn't helped any but its only making me want to work harder at getting healthy. I'll figure out whats causing the gain and kick it in the butt 🙂
I feel I need to apologize to the Mamavation Moms of campaign #3 and all my Sistas of the Sistahood for not being very supportive. I felt I needed to help myself before I could be supportive of others but I was wrong. The Sistahood is for support no matter what. I'm sorry. I'll be sticking around no matter what.
