So I've lost a total of 4 inches and 2.4 lbs. My mom and I went to our first zumba class over the weekend. It was fun. I'm thinking about getting the zumba wii game. Anyone have it? Like it dislike it? I know I should be happy with losing the inches and I am but Im trying to figure out why the scale is not moving along with it. I know when it happened to me at Curves before they said that I was gaining/ toning my muscle and losing the body fat and that losing inches is just as important as the number on the scale. I'm not giving in or giving up. I'm going to keep on track and continue doing what I'm doing and hopefully within the next few weeks the scale will finally show proof of my hard work. I can say that some of my shirts are not as snug as they were so I know I'm doing something right.
Are any of you trying to get healthier? If so I'd love to hear how your journey is going. Its always great to know that you're not alone. By the way, have any of you heard of Sensa? Apparently it can make you feel fuller faster and stay fuller longer in order to help you eat fewer calories. I have thought about giving it a try.
