"... Cause breaking up is hard to do..." Yeah breaking up is hard to do, BUT I've made it a week (tomorrow 7/12) with no diet Dr Pepper! All I've had all week is plain ol' water and some diet green tea. I also got back to menu planning this week as well. To anyone that wants to menu plan, it does take time to do it but I find that that little bit of time is worth the $$$ I save at the grocery store and my health is worth it. I plan healthy meals, purchase what I need and buy nothing thats not on the list and my wallet and my waist line thanks me in the long run.
In the weeks that I didnt exercise much, didn't drink my water much (tisk tisk I know Kim) and didn't much care what I ate... all can and bit me in the a$$. I gained from 166 back up to 172 =( I know what works for me I just have to get on track and do it. I believe I have started back off to a good start with no soda this week, drinking nothing but water/ green tea, and keeping my gruve green everyday as early as I can get it green. I won a new pedometer on twitter this week and can't wait for it to get here so I can pile on the step counts. Though I have a weight gain, I'm not having the usual I feel fat and ugly feeling. My hubby bought me some new outfits for my birthday. One of them is my new favorite. I'll update with a pic tomorrow to show just how good I feel about myself. I may not be a weight I want to be but Im working on getting healthy and continuing to love myself regardless of what I look like. I'm still the loving, caring, do anything for anyone type of person on the inside no matter what I look like on the outside. No one can tell me I'm not beautiful because I know my heart and soul are in the right places and that in its self is a beautiful thing. My weight doesn't define me, it's only part of who I am and its something I can take control of and do something about. I will get my weight under control and back to where I want to be. *Updated* Ok heres the pics I was talking about. These are my new favorite jeans. No butt gap!!! This outfit makes me feel happy =) Now to get rid of my Rosacea (shouldve put makeup before pics) Oh well...
