Another week has come and gone. It's time for another Mamavation Monday post =) I thought Id share a comparison picture this week. I wish I had taken an actual "before weight loss" picture.
Me: Sept. 2009
Me (and Daddy B): April 2010
The changes I notice most are my arms, my face and my stomach. I'm not daring enough to post belly pics so hopefully you can see the difference from these 2 pictures of my face and arms. If you can't tell a difference from the pictures, trust me, I've changed. Inside and out.
I'd like to thank EA Sports Active this week. They are hosting the Mamavation Monday Blog Carnival this week. Once I cut off my gym membership I was afraid that I wouldn't be able to get results at home like I was at the gym. I was wrong! By using my EA Sports Active and a couple other wii games and workout dvds I am capable of getting results at home. You get "gym results" all while having fun "playing". I would like to add the EA Sports More Workouts to my routine to shake things up a little more. I feel my body has become used to the games/dvds I have.
Challenges:
I still haven't given up the Diet Dr Pepper.
Success:
I'm -1.2 lb. this week. I weighed in at 170.6 this morning. Total weight lost: 18.4 lbs.
Finally had a good week of drinking all my water (half my weight in water)
Still following my WW plan
Exercised 6 out of 7 days
Was able to buy a size medium in pants and 2 flattering medium tops for our trip =)
*Biggest Success*-I don't feel like the woman I was 3 months ago when I first applied for Mamavation
I want to prove that you can get healthy at home and I think I'm showing it pretty well. Thanks to EA Sports Active and all the other fitness wii games for helping me on my journey to a healthier Mommy. You don't need an over priced gym membership to get fit.
