I've been a big believer in menu planning for all most a year now. I was fixing the same meals all the time and I was spending more $$$ at the stores than I wanted to sometimes. So now that I've found my menu planning groove I'm joining in the weekly posting of menu plans started by orgjunkie.com (fabulous site by the way).
So here is my plan for this week...
3/15-3/21:
dinners:
Meatloaf, mashed potatoes, corn, rolls
Leftover Meatloaf, cheesy potatoes, ?another side dish of some sort
Fried Chicken legs, potato salad, green beans
Pork chops, mashed potatoes, baked beans
Flank steak, baked potatoes, salad, rolls
Breakfast for Dinner, either homemade blueberry pancakes or waffles
sausage & pepperoni homemade pizza
desserts:
brownies
cherry cheesecake
blueberry muffins
