Revolt Now Fitness program
Revolt Now Fitness- you're probably asking another diet/workout plan Mama? Yes. I couldn't afford to continue with the last plan I was using so I was thankful that the opportunity with Revolt Fitness crossed my path a couple weeks ago. I'm participating in two six week programs with Revolt for a total of 12 weeks. What exactly is Revolt Now Fitness? Revolt Fitness was started by Nichole Huntsman. Why did I choose the Revolt Now Fitness program?
The workouts can be done in my living room or office or anywhere that I can access my computer or iPad to stream the videos. There are different videos for every day of the week so no matter when you join the program you can start or go back to any day and pick up on the workouts. With the workouts on the Revolt Fitness program you also get a weekly meal plan and grocery shopping list.
There are plans set up for men and women. I meal plan anyways so I knew picking up on the meal plan would be fairly easy for me. With slight changes in what I buy at the store each week I can have healthier food options and still be on budget each month. As I said I don't have the extra money to pay $100, $200 or $300 for a diet program. For less than $10 a month you get the workouts and meal plans! That's about 35¢ a day to be healthier and revolt against the dreaded 'before photo' and mama's muffin top. I'm not putting down any other program I have used before I just found that it was time to find a better suiting program for me and I think that Revolt may be just that.
I have gained some weight back on since the end of my last program. There was a lot of stress eating involved. I knew I couldn't go back to where I was before. Left wondering what in the world was I going to do, I came upon Revolt. I truly believe that when one door closes another will open. I'll be sharing posts and possibly videos each week with updates and information while I am using Revolt Now Fitness. I'm less concerned with the number on the scale now and I am looking more at my body fat numbers. I purchased an Omron HBF-306C body fat analyzer along with a body tape measure and a body fat caliper.
I'm starting week two today. Week one was brutal! The workouts were not what I have been used to doing and the 'sugar detox' you do in week one was not easy (as far as will power goes) at all but I did it and can feel a big difference in myself all ready this week. I'm drinking 128 oz of water a day. I like water so that wasn't difficult at all I just had to increase how much I was drinking a day. The hard part was giving up my diet Dr Pepper and regular sugared sweet teas. It's hard but going to be well worth it in the end I believe. As long as I stick with the plan and do what I need to do I can achieve the after photo that will be my always photo.
