Just because I have children doesn't mean my house is always a mess (though it's never always clean either). I'd have to say with my two boys the bathroom is one of the places in the house I despise cleaning up after them. The toilet is a disaster area because my five year old needs better target practice. Our sink is covered in toothpaste and finger prints/ smudges most evenings. The boys are a little messy but they don't qualify as Charlie Brown Pigpen boys either. I just go behind them and clean the toothpaste gunk up and try to keep the smudgy fingerprints at bay so if someone happens to stop by the place is decent. You know how most visitors are when they stop by to see you, one of the first places they go is the bathroom so that's one of the first impression spots of the house I guess.
I'd love to be able to do a makeover of our main bathroom. Our house is a bit on the old side and it shows in some places. I adore my new kitchen sink and I'd love to have a Moen Boardwalk Spot Resist bath faucet from Lowe's in our bathroom.
Not only does the Moen Boardwalk faucet make the bathroom sink area look more stylish and modern but it can take a stand against fingerprints and water spots.
Our main bathroom used to be decorated in bright yellow ducks when the boys were younger. Now that they are older they could care less what's in the bathroom so Mom has decorating control again. I went with a modern cube design in some of my favorite colors- purple, green and blue. I think the brushed nickel finish would fit right in with my bathroom décor and help keep at least the sink looking nice even with a bunch of boys in the house. Now if there was something we could do about the target practice disaster area we know as the toilet.
Is the Moen Boardwalk faucet something you could see in your bathroom? Would it tie in with your bathroom décor or would you do a full bathroom makeover?
